Vintage plane from "Amelia" on display at AOPA summit

The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association annual summit will display the 1936 Lockheed Electra Junior featured in "Amelia." Pilot Joe Shepherd, the owner of the plane, doubled for actress Hilary Swank in the movie's flight scenes by donning a blond wig and scarf. The vintage aircraft will be on display at the Peter O. Knight Airport on Davis Islands in Tampa, Fla., through Saturday.
