Census: West, Midwest tops in percentage of high school grads

According to 2002 Census Bureau data released yesterday, predominately rural states in the West and Midwest have the highest percentage of high-school graduates. Wyoming landed at the top, with 90.2% of its residents aged 25 and older having received diplomas or equivalency degrees, while Mississippi ranked last, with 75%.
