The news that Campbell Soup is innovating to boost soup sales topped this week’s list of most-read stories. The firm is considering the release of plant-based products, as well as a portable bone broth.

In other CPG news, Danone CEO Emmanuel Faber discussed how flexitarian diets represent a “huge trend” globally, and shared how the company plans to meet consumers’ needs in this area.
