  • Yes: 4.48%

On Friday, Dec. 16, more than 2,000 merchants are offering free shipping with delivery by Christmas Eve.  I must admit, until recently, I didn’t realize Free Shipping Day existed.  And that might be a problem in itself.  If your business offers a great deal, like in this case of free shipping, do people even know about it?

As small businesses, we must promote the thing that makes us unique and special –- our value proposition.  Think about those things your business offers and how you can highlight them in your marketing communications.  It could be what attracts someone to your company.
