Ramon DeLeon on how Domino’s delivers the “wow”

As a partner in six Chicago-area Domino’s Pizza restaurants, Ramon DeLeon knows the importance of reaching out to customers. During this year’s BlogWorld and New Media Expo, he spoke with SmartBrief’s Jesse Stanchak about how making one valuable connection could end up  being worth more than you may think.

DeLeon says that great promotions and customer service can have a ripple effect so give customers an experience worthy of telling their friends about. “Give people ‘wow’ to share and they will share it,” he said.

He adds that even the busiest business owner should find time for social media. DeLeon says it allows him to “connect with the customers, let them know that I’m listening.”

DeLeon calls another of his strategies “instinct marketing” — paying attention and having the right tools to share important moments and developments with your customers.
